7-Day Return Policy

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Baby feeding accessories (bottles, teats, brushes)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
